Thalia studied English at the University of Birmingham and joined LPC Law to gain work experience in 2023 during her second year of study. After graduating in 2024, she re-joined LPC Law permanently as a HR and Advocacy Recruitment Assistant.
This year, she successfully completed her CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Management, and has recently begun the Level 5 Associate Diploma, which she hopes to complete next year.
