These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents of this website under the domain name www.lpc-law.co.uk, (“Website”) and to any correspondence by e-mail between LPC Law Ltd of 36 Creek Road, Greenwich, London, SE8 3FN (“LPC”) and you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to contact LPC or are one of our clients. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Website.
1.1 You may access some areas of this Website and contact LPC regardless of whether you are a client of LPC. However, certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you are a client of LPC and have logged in.
1.2 These terms and conditions are subject to additional terms and conditions relating to the license and restricted use of LPC's extranet services and online job-booking system (“LPC Online”).
1.3 LPC may revise these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website.
2.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
2.1.1 no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
2.1.2 no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text;
2.1.3 no downloaded extracts from this Website are passed or transferred to third parties, and
2.1.4 LPC's copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
2.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation any photographs and graphical images) are owned by LPC or its licensors. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

- SERVICE ACCESS
3.1 While LPC endeavours to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, LPC shall not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond LPC's control.
- VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
4.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Notice, any material you transmit or post to this Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. LPC shall have no obligation with respect to such material. LPC and its designers shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
LPC is a registered company. A list of the names of the directors is open to inspection at Companies House.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For use of LPC's extranet services and online job-booking system (LPC Online) This license is between LPC of Level 34, 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5LQ (LPC, we or us) and the individual, partnership, company or entity to whom LPC has agreed to provide online services and/or access to the client extranet and/or the online job-booking system (you).
- LICENSE; RESTRICTIONS ON USE
1.1 Subject to any Supplemental Terms which may apply from time to time, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the LPC Online service.
1.2 Other provisions that govern your use of LPC Online are set forth in your applicable price schedule, online notices, and the General Terms and Conditions for use of the LPC website all of which are incorporated by reference into these Additional Terms and Conditions.
- ACCESS TO SERVICES
2.1 Only your employees and support personnel authorised by both us and you shall be entitled to access and use the LPC Online service ("Authorised Users")
2.2 Your account may be restricted from accessing certain areas otherwise available in the LPC Online service and elsewhere on the LPC website.
2.3 Materials and features may be added to or withdrawn from the LPC Online service and the LPC Online service may be otherwise changed without notice.
2.4 You must ensure that each person having access to the LPC Online services
(a) is an Authorised User; and
(b) is using the LPC Online service only in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions.
2.5 You must inform LPC immediately if you wish to grant any individual the status of Authorised User or if any individual is to have their status as Authorised User removed.
3.1 Your attention is drawn to paragraph 7, 'LIABILTY', in LPC's General Terms and Conditions for use of the LPC website, which is incorporated here in its entirety.
3.2 LPC ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS CONNECTED WITH ANY USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE (FOR WHATEVER REASON) THE LPC ONLINE SERVICE, CLIENT EXTRANET OR ONLINE JOB BOOKING SYSTEM.
