Len Crowder
Director
Born in Zambia and raised in South London, Len joined LPC Law on an ad hoc basis in 1994 & continued to work part time whilst he studied for his solicitor finals in 1998.
In 2001, he became part of the new senior management team to lead the firm and took an active role in the day-to-day running of the Advocacy Department.
He is currently the firm's supervising principal.
Tony Crowder

After undertaking a variety of roles in accounts departments for different organisations, Tony joined LPC Law in June 1998 as Head of Accounts.
In 2001, he was a founding member of the Senior Management Team that led LPC Law to become the nationwide provider of advocacy services.
Alongside his duties as Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) he takes an active role in deciding the strategic direction of the company.
Michael Javaherian
Partner
Michael is a Partner at LPC Law responsible for all client care at the firm and management of the operational service.
Michael trained as a Barrister and was "Called to the Bar", before joining LPC Law in 2007 as an Advocate where he attended hearings in the civil courts representing secured & unsecured lenders in a variety of litigation, enforcement and debt recovery hearings and trials.
Michael cross qualified, being "Admitted to the Roll", and became a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Rights All Proceedings) in 2012.
Michael was elected as Vice Chair of the Civil Court Users Association in 2020; the largest organisation in England & Wales to represent litigators and enforcement agents within the civil sector at court. He lobbies for reform and improvements to the civil court service of behalf of the membership by liaising with the Ministry of Justice, Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service and all levels of the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary.
Jane Channon
Partner
After being Called to the Bar, Jane started working with LPC Law as an Advocate in May 2002.
With two year’s experience on the North Eastern, South Eastern and Wales circuits Jane became an in-house Advocacy Manager for LPC Law being promoted to Head of Advocacy in 2008.
Jane is currently a Partner at LPC Law, working with Senior Management to provide the oversight necessary to ensure the best service possible is being provided.
Pete Blackmore
Partner
Pete completed the BVC in 2006 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. He has attended over 2500 hearings as an Advocate. In 2010 Pete became an Advocacy Manager, managing a team of advocates, providing advice and monitoring their performance.
He is currently a Partner and Head of Advocacy & Litigation, responsible for managing all barristers, solicitors and supervising all advocates.
Pamela Gumuskaya

Pamela Gumuskaya is the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
Ros Wilson
Head of Accounts
Ros joined LPC Law in 2000, where she began her career working in payroll and reconciling accounts.
In 2005, she became Head of Accounts, responsibile for the management of all tasks relating to LPC Law's Accounts Department.
Simon Pearson
Head of IT
Simon joined LPC Law in October 2002 after several years supporting the European offices of MRI International who were the world’s largest barter company.
He pioneered LPC Law's own bespoke instruction management system (IMS) and its client facing partner system: LPC Online.
He currently oversees the development and innovation of LPC Law’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Deborah Witts
Head of HR & Advocacy Recruitment
Deborah is responsible for the management of the firm’s Human Resources and Advocacy Recruitment. Deborah joined LPC Law in 2016.
Holly Corder
Advocacy Manager South-Eastern, South-Western, and Western circuits (currently on maternity leave)
Holly read law at Sheffield University before going on to complete the BPTC at the College of Law. After being called to the Bar as a member of Inner Temple, Holly joined LPC Law as an Advocate on the South Eastern Circuit. In her role as an Advocate Holly attended over 2,000 hearings.
Holly became an Advocacy Manager in 2018 where she provides advice and monitors the performance of Advocates across the South-Eastern, South-Western, and Western circuits.
Drew Lincoln
Advocacy Manager - South Eastern Circuit
Drew joined LPC Law in 2017 as an Advocate on the South Eastern Circuit.
Drew became an Advocacy Manager in 2018 responsible for managing Advocates on the South Eastern Circuit providing advice & monitoring performance.
Chris McGeever
Advocacy Manager - Northern Circuit
Chris studied Law at the University of Cambridge and obtained an Outstanding grade on the BPTC from the University of Law, London.
Between 2015 and 2019, Chris attended nearly 1,000 hearings for LPC Law on the South-Eastern Circuit. He now manages advocates on the Northern Circuit.
Chris is also the Conflict Officer for the firm.
Fida Hussain
Advocacy Manager - Midlands Circuit
Fida started his career with LPC Law in 2018 as an advocate on the Midlands Circuit. In September 2019, Fida was appointed Advocacy Manager, responsible for monitoring the efficient performance of advocates in the Midlands Circuit.

Katie Elford is an Advocacy Manager responsible for supporting advocates across England & Wales.
