Official Receiver and Enforcement Fees Increases

On 21st July 2016, several of the Official Receiver’s fees and deposits were increased. These are shown in the table below:

There are also increases to some of the fees charged by HMCTS as of 25th July 2016, following the final approval this morning of The Civil Proceedings, First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and Employment Tribunals Fees (Amendment) Order 2016. As a result of the order, many of the fees payable on enforcement applications have increased by 10%, including:
