All fees are for attendance in the county court only for the hearing types specified. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. All fees are charged according to a time estimate of 1 hour or less given by the court and are inclusive of travel and waiting.

In addition to the fee, LPC Law reserve the right to charge you for: any expenses incurred in relation to papers sent to the Advocate at court; any courier or postal charges amounting to more than £10; 5p per page for all printing required after first 100 pages; any court fee paid by LPC Law or the Advocate on your behalf.

If a hearing is booked on the business day prior to the day of the hearing and the hearing is not related to mortgage possession proceedings, LPC Law reserves the right to charge an additional £25 administration fee, in addition to the fee for attending the hearing, for the accelerated booking procedure required.

If you cancel LPC Law’s attendance after 5:30pm on the business day before the hearing, you shall be liable to pay all fees and expenses as if the Advocate attended the hearing. If you cancel a hearing to be attended by a Solicitor or Counsel before 5:30pm on the business day before the hearing and LPC Law has received papers, you shall be liable to pay 50% of the fee. If you cancel a Fast or Multi Track Trial four business days or fewer before the hearing and LPC Law has received papers, you shall be liable to pay 50% of the fee.
