Step 1 - Apply Online

With reference to your own skills and experience, your knowledge of LPC Law and the advocacy role, please outline why you would be suitable to accept work from LPC Law and your motivations for applying (350 maximum word count).

Step 2 - Assessment

Successful candidates will be invited to join us at an Assessment Centre in our offices in Greenwich, London.

Step 3 - Pre-Engagement Screening

We require to carry out the following background checks before you can be instructed to attend hearings.

  • References

  • Proof of identity

  • Proof of right to work in the UK

  • Proof of residency

  • Proof of activity

  • Credit reference check

  • Proof of qualification

  • Criminal record check

  • Financial sanctions check

  • SRA Sanctions Check (Section 43 Order)

Step 4 - Service Commencement

Our training program commences, with workshops, shadowing, seminars and one-to-one sessions at our offices in Greenwich, London.

Step 5 - First Hearing

Congratulations, you are now ready to undertake your first hearing and our Advocacy Managers are on hand to help.
