Litigation Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join LPC Law’s Litigation team based in London.

The role is based in our Litigation department, which trades as SCS Law and specialises in civil matters including contractual disputes and money claims, landlord and tenant disputes and insolvency matters.

The role

The role will include a varied caseload which you will be responsible for managing. Your work will be carried out on both a fixed fee basis and at a chargeable rate. You will be responsible for a small team.

The candidate

A bright and enthusiastic individual, you will have experience in running a civil litigation caseload within a fee earning capacity. This opportunity is suited to a driven and commercially minded individual with a proactive and team approach and with experience in the above practice areas and an ability to undertake legal research in unfamiliar areas of law.

You must be a qualified Solicitor (preferably 3+ years PQE) with experience in general civil law and commercial litigation and must display excellent client care skills. You will have the ability to work effectively under pressure and will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You will demonstrate the ability to achieve key performance fee targets.

Experience of Proclaim Case Management Software would be advantageous.

This is a permanent and full-time position. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary, plus benefits.
