Our head of advocacy is responsible for overseeing the advocacy service and is supported by a team of advocacy managers. Consisting of solicitors and lawyers, each with at least four years' experience of civil litigation, the team provides a highly accomplished and knowledgeable service.
The advocacy managers assist with the day-to-day management of the advocacy service. They have responsibility for the advocates in their regions, monitoring and auditing performance and providing appropriate supervision whenever it is needed.
The team is also responsible for client relations and regularly liase with clients, to ensure they are receiving the quality of service they expect.
We provide transparent performance statistics and management information on a regular basis.
