Stage Two Induction

Before advocates can move onto the next category of cases, they must pass a further assessment. This is designed to test the advocate’s knowledge of procedural and case law. The test ensures the advocate has gained the necessary knowledge to be instructed in summary judgments and set-asides, etc. The test therefore introduces Parts 13, 24 and 39 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
