Stage Three Induction

Before moving onto small claims and landlord & tenant hearings, advocates must attend further assessments. The morning seminar takes an in-depth look at the law and procedure in residential and commercial landlord & tenant possession hearings. In the afternoon there is a small claims workshop and two mock small claims trials. This gives advocates an opportunity to present a small claims case in a safe environment before taking instructions from a client. Senior Advocates assess the advocate’s performance and decide whether or not the advocate can move on to Stage 3.
