Online Application

Applicants are asked to submit their CV and covering letter and complete a short test on-line as part of the initial application process. They are provided with some on-line materials, from which to learn the relevant areas of law. The test deals with the basics of mortgage possession law. There is a clear marking system and applicants must demonstrate good written communication skills and an ability to apply the law to the facts and put forward their client’s case.
