Interview

At interview, we try to ascertain the ability of the applicant to work well with other members of staff, as well as solicitor clients, and court staff. The interview includes a review of the candidate’s CV and a number of skills questions, designed to assess the applicant’s competency for the potentially difficult situations they might encounter.
