Interview

At interview, we try to ascertain the ability of the applicant to work well with other members of staff, solicitor clients and their opponents. Honesty and integrity is essential and applicants are questioned thoroughly on the qualifications and experience detailed on their CV. The interview also includes a number of skills questions, designed to assess the applicant’s competency for the potentially difficult situations they might encounter.
