Assessment Centre

Applicants who are successful in the online application and interview are invited to our assessment centre. Currently only one third of initial applicants successfully reach the assessment centre.

The assessment centre commences with a second interview, conducted by an advocacy manager and a member of our Human Resources team. This includes a more in-depth review of the applicant’s CV and some skills based questions, designed to further test the applicant’s competency and suitability for the role. <
