Assessment

Applicants who are successful in the screen-test and interview, are invited to an assessment day. Currently only 35% of initial applicants successfully reach the assessment day. The assessment day involves a written test on law and procedure; a 15-minute mock mortgage possession hearing; a 15-minute conference exercise; and an in-box exercise, designed to test the applicants ability to prioritise tasks.
