I have now gained pupillage and know that this is in part due to my experience with LPC. It has given me confidence in interviews and has enabled me to give evidence that I am able to do the work required of a pupil and to put forward a much more cogent argument as to why I want to be a barrister.

The high level of work experienced at LPC and the ability to take responsibility for your own caseload ensures that as an advocate you are constantly improving and increasing your chance of obtaining pupillage. LPC also offers a good deal of flexibility; essential when spending a large amount of time completing application forms for pupillage and needing time to prepare for interviews.
